While Columbia Land Trust works to restore sweeping landscapes and wildlife habitat outside of the city, thousands of urban dwellers enrolled in the Backyard Habitat Certification Program are working to restore their properties to native landscapes that benefit both people and wildlife. Join us at Hopworks Urban Brewery for tasty brews and snacks before touring three of Portland’s outstanding backyard habitats.

From yards that manage storm water, impressive native plants installations to productive pollinator spaces there is something to learn for gardeners and nature enthusiasts of all levels. Book your tickets now, this tour will sell out fast.

EASY – Light walking in varying garden spaces.

Snacks and beer included. Transportation to and from Hopworks Urban Brewery (Powell location) to three backyards are provided and highly encouraged. The tour will begin at noon and end at approximately 5:00 p.m.
