Alan Director to Lead Portland Projects

Columbia Land Trust Executive Director Glenn Lamb announced today the appointment of Alan Director, a semi-retired former civic leader and CEO of Director's Furniture, to assist with 'special projects' and to promote the Land Trust’s work in the Portland metro area. Mr. Director will develop and implement several strategic initiatives to better implement the Land Trust’s mission.

Columbia Land Trust is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to conserving the natural places that make the northwest great, including. To date, the Land Trust has conserved more than 10,000 acres of signature landscapes and vital habitat together with the landowners and communities of the Columbia River region.  The Land Trust conserves lands in both Oregon and Washington, from the east side of the Cascades to the Pacific Ocean.
