We are grateful to the many friends of the Land Trust who donated to last fall’s successful Wild Splendor auction and helped us raise nearly $90,000 (net) to conserve the great lands of the Columbia River region. If you would like to donate to this year’s Auction, please use this form. Help Make the Auction a Success!Are you able to help us with the Auction in any of the following ways? SponsorAll levels include the sponsor's name and log prominently featured in the Columbia Land Trust newsletter, Trust Talk, on the website, in the Auction program, in the slide presentation, on signage, and from the stage at the Auction. Additional benefits correlate with different sponsorship levels. Sponsorship levels start at just $500. AttendWe hope to see you on auction night! Please attend and bring your friends, acquaintances, and colleagues. For $75.00 per person, you can attend the Auction and have a delicious meal from the Oregon Convention Center’s new sustainable food menu. Tables are arranged in rounds of eight, but can be set to accommodate as many as eleven. We have room for up to 350 guests total – help us fill the room! VolunteerWe need volunteer help with the Auction, both in advance and the day/night of the event. We need about 30 people total and have more than a dozen different volunteer positions to fill, so there are opportunities for a variety of interest and talents. DonateWe are seeking new items that are interesting and unique, certificates for services, and fun experiences. Below is a list of some suggestions for the types of items we are interested in obtaining. Here is a link to our procurement form – it helps if this form accompanies donations. In order to receive acknowledgement in the Auction catalog, donated items must be received no later than Wednesday, August 15, 2007. An especially fun way to donate to the Auction is to collect items for a gift basket: the Chocolate Lover’s basket and the Wine Appreciation basket are two popular examples.
